General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thanky ou for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. I suppose you suffered from these symptoms also before your valve replacement and after the surgery your symptoms should slowly disappear. So my suggestion is to visit your GP as soon a spossible because there could be some problems with the new valve or you just need special care with physical therapy which will help you to improve your condition, loose weight and improve your condition.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
