What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding, Nausea And Spotting?

Hello, I had a light period June 4th through the 9th. Pretty light and mainly brownish pink, some red splotches mixed in. I didnt thinn anything of it because im on the nuva ring and I know it lightens periods. Beginning last Sunday 6/14 i started spotting, brownish pink discharge. That stopped Tuesday 6/16. Starting saturday 6/13 i began feeling nauseous. Im pretty sure im not pregnant considering the light period. However, im worried because none of these symptoms are normal for me. What could be the cause? Thyroid? Cysts?

You can wait for another couple of weeks for your symptoms, if nausea persists then do a UPT and consult a gynaecologist for further management.
