What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding With Lower Back Pain And Indigestion?

Hey, so I m on my period, I get it around the start of every month, it s always heavy with blood clots. It s been 3days into my period now.. & ive had really light bleeding, pinkish/really light red, and no blood clot what so ever, now it s just brown light bleeding which is old blood. I have lower back pains & everything I eat it just stays in my throats and ends up coming back up. This isn t normal for me at all.

Weakness or illhealth in the month/psychological stress can lead to scanty bleeding. Hormonal imbalance is another cause
But in case oof no such history & In case you have a regular period with good bleeding such solitory episode suggests possipble pregnancy with implantation bleeding.
Go for blood pregnancy test immediately or urine preg. Test after 8 days
* -ve test with no physical or psychological stress..& repeaed problem in following menses.... needs gynecologist's condultation for hormonal assessment & suitable treatment.
