What Causes Light Period Along With Abdominal Pain?

hi i am 26 yrs old and had marrige before four years. still i dont have child. but now a days i have problem in my periods. from one month i had mild pain in my abdomen and bleeding also. bleeding is not as usewell gently only not more. i saw a doctor they scanned me and told there is prob in my hormone. but still i have a problem. doctor's told threr is no problem in utress also.
