I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms could be a sign of an outcome of your impending periods / ovulation / Implantation or Premenstrual Tension. I advice you to, - do HPT or to do serum beta HCG levels to rule out pregnancy - Diet rich in protein - Take iron & calcium supplements. - consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
