What Causes Light Period,heaviness In Breasts And Loss Of Appetite?

HI! I m 17 years old and I am currently NOT on birth control for the fact that the medication I am on Topiramate makes the affect of the birth control not effective. October 25th was the last day of my period, I than got some spotting on November 3rd and thought it was anthor period just because my periods are still irregular, but it only lasted 2 days and was on and off between a light pink to a medium brown. My appetite is GONE and My breast feel as if they are going to fall off. I have not taken a pregnancy test . Could I be pregnant?

can adopt some other family planing measure like copper t.consult gynecologist for investigation regarding period iregularity and can take medication.can gofor pregnancy test.
