Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is unusual to have a positive pregnancy test followed by a negative pregnancy test. An urine pregnancy test becomes positive 10-14 days after conception. I suggest you to get blood test for beta HCG to confirm pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
