What Causes Light Period,sore Breasts,back Pain And Tiredness?

I have had an iud in for almost five years, due for removal in march, however the past two weeks had very sore breast tender to the touch, hesdaches, back pain and tiredness, keep in mind every month for the psdt almost five years i have hsd a period although last month it lasted two days. What is going on? Please and thank you.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. IUD has 1% failure rate in contraception .
So, rare chances of pregnancy are there. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.
If pregnant, then further management should be done accordingly.
