What Causes Light Pink Discharge And Blood Clots During Urination?

Hi, about 5 weeks ago I urinated leaving a very, very slight pinkish tinge in the toilet. I experienced no pain at all. Nothing again for the rest of that day. However, the next morning after my morning 'pee' again I noted a very, very slight pinkish tinge to the water in the toilet and upon wiping myself saw a blood clot approximately 1 inch in size. Again, no pain. Since that time there has been no more occurrences however the past few mornings I have notice after emptying my bladder a slight 'tug' feeling of my bladder and urethra. Today a very slight feeling of 'something' being there or a feeling like a woman would have after having just one too many sexual sessions with her partner. I have not been sexually active for over 3 yrs. I am a 54 yr old, very healthy although 80lbs overweight female. Very active but do not specifically exercise. No hypertension, circulatory issues, heart issues and am rarely, if ever ill and when I am it is over very quickly. Should I be concerned?
