What Causes Light Pink Spotting With Abdominal Cramps?
Hi I just abit worried as last couple days I have gone for a wee and when I wipe myself there is a light pink blood there but only when I wipe and had quite a lot of belly cramp what could this be please? I have had an eptopic last christmas and had one tube removed. im not on any YYYY@YYYY

You already have a history of ectopic & if sexually active, planning for pregnancy then I would advice you to do serum beta HCG test to check the pregnancy status. If pregnancy is ruled out & additional features of infection present - take a course of antibiotics for a week.
