Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Light Pink Vaginal Discharge, Nausea And Vomiting After A Tubal Ligation?
I had a tubal ligation only clamps done, have missed a period as well as the month before I had been extremely late. Now I m experiencing light pink/tint of orange mucous but only when I wipe. No clots, no cramps, no dark red or brown blood. Also I have been nausea and throwing up. Heartburn like crazy and took a digital test showed 1-2 weeks preggers after my doctor tested negative with blood test. I have an appointment on the 15th but any answers to relieve mind would be great.
Unfortunately, tubal ligation does not offer a !00% protection against pregnancy. Very rarely, a woman may still become pregnant after a tubal ligation. Because your periods are late and you had a positive pregnancy test, very likely you are pregnant and you should have the visit with your doctor.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
