What Causes Light Red Chunks With White Discharge, Mild Cramps, Headaches?

i have been off my period for a week now and i went to pee and there was light red chunks with white discharged. I have been experiencing this for a week now with mild cramps and headaches. I have the copper IUD and am worried it might of moved during sexual intercourse with my husband. should i be worried?
