What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding After Taking I-pill?

Hi I took one I-Pill tab after our unprotected intercourse. But I took with in 4 hours after the incident. Now after taking it I have little blood spots everyday and some times during urination too I feel some blood clots. Is everything normal and I'm safe now?
