What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

Ive been feeling naseated, dizzy and very tired. I took a pregnancy test but didnt take it in the morning, it was negative. I had light bleeding on feb 23/24th for a few days which ive never had happen. Could i be showing these symptoms this early if im pregnant?

Chances of pregnancy is very less likely in my opinion wait for some time and chances of having normal and regular menses may be there, no need to worry this may not be pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care.
