On the 13th of july was my last period so it came as light pink on 9th of august like 3drops ever since then have been feeling nauseaous,weak,headache,breast tenderness,waist pain,abdominal cramp like PMS ,sense of smell,blurred vision pls am I pregnant or infection

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy being suspected then you can not rely upon the symptoms but it need to be confirm with ultrasonography, hope this information helps.
