General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Pregnancy is unlikely in the presence of light vaginal bleeding.
Following are the side effects plan B:
It will remain for for 7-10 days
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Fatigue
Headache
Breast tenderness
Light Bleeding between periods or heavier menstrual bleeding
Lower abdominal pain or cramps

So I think it is just side effects of pill.

For nausea:
You can take tablet panmax D 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meal.
Avoid large meal.
Take small frequent meal.
Continue your gall bladder disease medication.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
