What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding With Mild Stomach Cramps?

started light watery bleeding for the past 3 days....period not due until the 25th....mild cramping and headache.....could this be implantation? 34 yrs old and have 3 children. Never experienced this before. Went to er yesterday and they ruled out uti and kidney infection. said a urine test was neg.
