Hi I ve been experiencing light spotting that is brown in color. It has been happening for 5 days. I have also been having light cramps and slight tenderness of nipples. My period is supposed to start in about one week. I ve been on birth control for one year. I missed the first pill of the second week, but took it as soon as I remembered (so I took two pills the next day). I had sex the morning before I took the two pills, the man did not ejaculate inside of me. The bleeding started two days later. The past few weeks, my sleeping and eating patterns have been irregular, and I ve had more alcohol than usual (graduation from college). I m not sure what s going on and am a bit concerned, I would appreciate any help.
