What Causes Lighter Periods?

from 2 months i have flow only for 2 days and flow is not so good otherwise i have the period for 3-4 days and the flow is good is anything wrong i was getting married 2 months ago my partner and i had sex after that this type of problem has occured i am worried about this please help me
