What Causes Lighter Periods?

hi i am 19 years old girl.........normally i have very heavy flow in times of circle..but from last few months i matter has changed........the flow is very less and the timing period has also change from a week to 3 days.........and the most worried thing is this month still i did not have bleeding......i am really worried ......what should i do???????
