What Causes Lightheaded And Dizziness?
Over the last 3 months I have gotten dizzy and lightheaded, but I am just sitting down not exerting any energy. It almost feels like I had too much to drink, but haven t had anything. One time I closed my eyes and tried to lay down but it still felt as if my head was spinning. I have had my blood pressure checked and was told that was normal. It is happneing more frequently so just trying to get it under control. Thank You
