What Causes Lightheaded Feeling, Nausea, Weakness And Shaking?

I am lightheaded, nauseous, feel faint, and shaking. I just ate a meal. This is not the first time this has happened. What is happening to me? I am 48 yr old female. No cardiac history. Diagnosed 1 and a half yr ago with Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of lung metastasized to the liver.
