HI IM A 23 YEAR OLD MALE , IVE A VERY HIGH WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT ON 12800 , RECENTLEY I KEEP GETTING LIGHT HEADS FEEL AS IF I ABOUT TO FAINT AND AND KEEP GETTING PIN AND NEEDLE FEELINGS IN MY FINGERS HANDS AND ARMS I ALSO REALISE I EYE TWICHING ALOT , I DO GET PAINS IN MY CHEST AN FEELINGS OF DISCOMFORT WHAT COULD THIS BE

very high wbc count generaly indicate neutrophill count. leucocytosis may mnifest infection inbody. blood culture may be done. Eye twitching is neurogenic phenomena. It does not indiicate any eye disease. For all such problem You may consult neurologist.
