What Causes Lightheaded, Sickness, Pain In Left Leg/knee, Loss Of Appetite?

I ve been feeling lightheaded and sick but am not pregnant. Am now having pains in my left leg and knee. I ve lost my appetite as when I eat anything too heavy I m straight to the toilet to empty my bowels. I m finding I can only eat a very plain sandwich and a couple of grapes. I ve gone off the taste of coffee also. I am also very tired/

Please be advised to take a home pregnancy test. Your symptoms could also be related to urinary infection, viral gastroenteritis, and food intolerance. Follow up with your primary provider for a detailed evaluation.
