What Causes Lightheadedness And Blurred Vision In A 19-year-old?

My son is 19 good physical shape, away at college he tells me that for about a month he feels not himself sometimes light headed sometimes blurred vision, just out of it, no drugs he takes a mild BP pill for pre hypertension, he has had blood work done stress tests all good, not sure why he feels this way. Need some suggestions thanks Anthony

Thanks for asking. I undrstand your concern.
A 19 year old college going boy having lightheadedness & blurred vision..... indicates that he has some eye problem, mostly a refractory error .
Please take him to opthalmologist foe wye check up to vonfirm the cause followed by specific management.
