What Causes Lightheadedness And Dark Circles Around Eyes While Having High BP?
I have high blood pressure and on medication. my blood pressure was 72 over 132; and on blood thinners due to prone to accumulate blood clots. Feeing a light headed and now have dark circles under and around my eyes. Do I need to seek medical treatment now?

I really appreciate your concern, what the reading of blood pressure given here and the history of light headache does not correlate so the light headache could be due to anything but not blood pressure, even the dark circle under the eye could be due to stress condition, try to come out of this, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could be thought ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
