What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness After Tonsil Removal Surgery?

I had my tonsils removed 8 days ago, I am starting to move around now and get back on my feet but I get really light headed and dizzy and feel like I may faint.. I am still taking pain meds, but I went yesterday with out any almost fainted... Should I still feel dizzy and such on day 8?

It looks, you are in weakness (not taking proper diet) or dizziness could be due to anaemia secondary to blood loss during the procedure or some ear infection. kindly re-evaluate with your treating doctor.
