What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness?

I’m 16 and a smoker sometimes heavy sometimes light but today since about 6 am ..8/5/18 I’ve been feeling very light headed nothing serious it’s just scaring me a little I’ve no problems with blood sugar nor pressure so I don’t know what’s causing this
