Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Noted you have dizziness with sometime dyspnea. ...since 3 month... Do you have hypertension??? Any cardiac history....??? Yes here cardiac cause has to be ruled out first.... Consult physician for it.... Get your blood pressure measurement to rule out hypertension... If hypertension present ischemic attack or mild stroke can lead dizziness.... CT scan helpful for it.... Here condition has to be ruled out is Left ventricular failure As in that condition heart can t contract properly and so brain can t get enough blood so dizzziess and by retrograde blood flow to lung dyspnea is there.... ECG and echo helpful.... For this condition diuretic needed. Hope your concern solved. If still no improvement then further workup done with detail history ... Take care. Dr.Parth
