What Causes Lightheadedness And Shortness Of Breath?

I am taking medication for high blood pressure. My blood pressure appears to be under control and is sometimes lower than normal. My pulse has been as high as 123 and averages 108. Family history of heart attacks with father at 52 I am 46. I sometimes feel light headed and slight trouble breathing. Doctors says this is not a concern, should I be?

You may require re-evaluation for your anti hypertensive medication and adjustment of dosage as tachycardia ( Heart rate more than 100/min ) can result due to low blood pressure. additionally light headedness suggests reduction of dosage as you have stated that blood pressure has been below normal
