Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

I appreciate your approach to control sugar levels with diet. But when you are doing this, some times sugar levels also raise above normal due to some imbalance in sugar levels and the insulin levels in the body. You need to check blood sugar levels regularly. HbA1c value clearly states whether your sugar levels are under control or not. The light headedness and shaking is caused either way due to low or high sugar levels.

Once consult your treating doctor and discuss the status of sugar levels and does medication required or not.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to us. we will be happy to help you. Thank you.
