What Causes Lightheadedness, Anxiety And Palpitations?

My heart races occasionally, I m. Light headed, vision problem with lightheadness, heart races nite or day without any exertion. ..periodically , concerned about symptoms , but continue to function regularly on my day to day routine. I drink but haven t been drinking like normally would. Accompanied by anxiety.

As per your history is concerned please take iron and B-complex regularly and do an ECHO and ECG test to ruled out cardiac disorder.
