What Causes Lightheadedness, Clogged Ears And Headache?

I am having lightheaded episodes when waking up, or turning in my sleep. My ears are feeling clogged along with mt head also feeling clogged and Headache, Alot of pressure along the back of my head as well. Today I have had all the above symptoms along with an overall foggy feeling most of the day. Not sure if this needs imediate attention or if I should wait it out.

It can be caused by inspiiration during yawnimg and can also occur if u r having cough. If u want to get rid of this problem just yake any candy and chew it.
When u chew the candy it allows the pressure to get balanced along ur eustachian tune so that pressure outside and inside the eardrum get equalised.
