What Causes Lightheadedness, Imbalance, Double Vision And Poor Concentration?

I intermittently feel light-headed woozy and off-balance, get double vision and develop an inability to concentrate or read. It seems to come on during the day without warning or stress, and get somewhat better after I lie down. My blood pressure is fine, weight is healthy and I m only in my mind-twenties, my ecg was normal. It started suddenly one day last year and has happened nearly every day since, I ve had no previous history; what could be going on?

Hi,

It could be migraine and it also could be benign paraoxysmal positional vertigo. We need to to do a MRI of the brain and also consult an ENT specialist for the maovueres required for BPPV.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harshita
