What Causes Lightheadedness, Indigestion, Abdominal Discomfort And Burning Throat?

I am having light headeness,,, indigestion,,, it starts in the upper part of my stomach and moves up my into my chest and burns in my throat,,, It isn t a tightness in my chest but sometimes it feels like something is pushing out in my check and the pain will go through to my back

Thanks for posting your query on HCM
The symptoms you describe(indigestion, chest/throat burns) are likely caused by gastritis/GERD.I will suggest you try the following:
-Take an antacid like maalox
-An anti-secretory like omeprazole
-Avoid foods that aggravate symptoms
-Eat in small quantities and frequently
-Avoid eating and lying down immeidately
If symptoms persist, you see a Gastrologist for examination and an endoscopy.An H pylori test will also be very useful.
