What Causes Lightheadedness When Reports Show High WBC Count And Low Vitamin-D Levels?

I have been lightheaded for the past 7 months. Had mri of brain with contrast with no abnormalities. Eng done at ent doctor with no abnormalities, had blood work done vitamin d low, white blood count high, red blood count high, high triglyceride, low good cholestrol. What could be causing the lightheadedness?

I really appreciate your concern, if all the tests and clinical examination are unremarkable the such lightheadness could be nonspecific and it may be functional in origin, try to come out of the stress, you have not mentioned the age and gender else something better could have been thought hope this information helps.
