What Causes Lightheadedness While Suffering From Chicken Pox?

Can u get light headed from having chicken pox im asking on behalf of a 9 yr old or could it be from her putting her fingers in her mouth to try to get a loose baby tooth out...could she have maybe have given herself an infection in it making her feel light headed
