What Causes Limbs Tingling, Weakness With An Adrenaline Rush?

I have an off and on feeling akin to an adrenaline rush. it feels much like one feels after they nearly have had a bad car accident. My limbs feel as if electricity is running through them and at the same time feel weak. It sort of fells like I have had 10 cups of coffee..the flight or fight thing. It'll sometimes last hours, sometimes days. I started keeping a log of consumption (food supplements etc.) nothing seems to trigger this...help!!!
