What Causes Limping In Polio Affected Leg?

i am having an alliance,stating Polio in her left leg which is not from birth. As of now she is as good as any other girl, active & self dependent. She has undergone treatment to rectify the same and has a slight limping, no other practical problems at all. She can manage everything independently.

will u please say wats thet slight limping..
