Welcome to HCM. Usually, the post operative eye drops does not cause such symptoms. It could be due to sudden onset of floaters in vitreous (the gel which naturally loosens up due to aging process) or other issues which can be diagnosed only by direct examination by the doctor. Since you are within the 3 week post operative period, continue your post operative medications as advised by your surgeon and consult him at the earliest for an exam. Mean while do not strain or rub your eyes. Take care.
