What Causes Lip Twitching?

I m 41 y/o female . My upper lip has been occasionally quivering . I have felt a fast heartbeat for 1 week , and a feeling of falling. I don t feel stressed or anxious. Why is my lip quivering ? My health history : I have low vit D . . I take 4000units a day of vit D. I was diagnosed with complex migraines . I also have epsteins bar .

anxiety induced, anaemia,vitamin b12 deficiency
0r some times insignificant

please continue with the calcium, vitamin d3, treatment for migraine
