What Causes Liquid Blood Discharge After Diathermy To Cervix?

Hi, I had diathermy to the cervix nearly two weeks ago, for the first week I was experiencing a clear/greenish watery discharge which then turned brown but within the last few days it has turned to fresh blood. I am not in any pain but I wondered whether this was normal nearly two weeks on from the treatment? Thanks
