What Causes Liquid Filled Itchy Lumps On The Hands?

My hands developed a rash. Its been 2 weeks not; first the right and a week later, the left. Itchiness and small liquid filled bumps. The derma prescribed Gupisone 5mg, levocetrizine dihydro...,advantage, and cultivate. Ive been taking this for the past day now. It is currently 4am in the morning and throughout the entire night, I probably had only 2-3 hours of sleep. My dreams were odd as well. As for my hands, they are beginning to feel rough and callus. Is this normal and how long before they should feel normal?

Thanks for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us .
Such vesicles can be seen in different conditions like allergic reaction, eczema , contact dermatitis , impetigo , cutanea tarda , bullous pemphigoid or some form of viral infection . As you already have consulted to Dermatologist so it looks that its because of contact dermatitis / allergic issue . If its because of allergic issue then you should get relief in 2 to 3 days after starting your medicines . If you don't get relief in 3 days from the starting of treatment then consult your dermatologist straight away .
Sleep issues are seen with most of the disease because of anxiety . Your sleep pattern will return to normal as this skin issue will resolve . Skin issues responds very well to medicines so please don't be anxious too much .
