What Causes Liquid Secretion From Body Pores In Obese?

My mother is extremely obese 430 lbs. and occasionally leaks a clear sticky fluid that has an amonia smell. It comes and goes- lasts a few days and stops. She has no open wounds and it seems to leak out of her pores. What could be the cause of this?
