What Causes Liquidy Green Stools With Extreme Fatigue, Nose Bleeds And Headache?

I am a 20 year old female who has been suffering from vividly green stools several times a day for about a month now. This green isn t just on the stool itself but also, quickly and easily spreads throughout the toilet water... almost like a liquid present on the stool as well. The need to go when this happen is also somewhat urgent, and most of the time a fluffy diarrhea. Last week I had an appointment with my doctor, and mentioned this to her thinking it could be an infection of some sort? I think she mentioned Clostridium Difficile Colitis? Or some other type of antibiotic related colitis after using rounds of antibiotics for a UTI that I can t rid (Which I m pretty sure is also still present if that relates?). She had me send in a stool sample, but its been almost a week now, and I haven t heard back at all, so I guess they found nothing? This is all entirely new for me, I ve never had green stool before even after eating something very green. I ve had some other strange and very new things I ve noticed lately for about the same time period, such as lots of canker sores? suddenly weak, peeling, randomly dented in nails, nosebleeds, when I ve never had a nosebleed before in my life, headaches, super fatigued all day, everyday, weakness, confusion when trying to concentrate, and a couple episodes of passing out I think? which I ve also never done before in my life. I feel that these things maybe a sign of iron deficiency anemia because I ve also had a new very strong urge and craving to chew ice a lot. Also, I changed my diet before all of this to not include red meat. I don t eat fish or eggs, I don t drink milk and I haven t been eating greens or veggies at all lately, hate them. Is this anemia possible and more so, could the green stools relate? I feel like my doctor and the lab haven t been giving me any information on the strange stool and it is very frustrating! My family has even been getting frustrated and worried as I haven t been myself at all lately. I m either passed out, pale, and very exhausted or running to the bathroom all day! Please let me know what could possibly be going on. Thank you very much!
