What Causes Little Ball Under The Chin Area Without Pain?

Hi. I have a little ball under my chin area, close to the angle of my cheekbones and it is painless unless I pressure it, and if I do, the pain is low anyway. What could it be. It is worth noting that I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted last week, and I didn t have/feel anything a week ago.

Hi,

It may be enlarged lymph node. However,consult the physician or surgeon for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The enlarged lymph node may be due subacute infection in surrounding areas. A short course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs may be taken.
