Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bruises anywhere in body are caused due to trauma, low platelets or deficiency of vitamin K.
As you have mentioned that there is history of sexual activity recently, bruises can occur if there is history of trauma to your legs during sexual activity.
If there is no history of trauma and the bruises have appeared spontaneously, there is need to get platelet counts and other investigations like bleeding time, clotting time, PT and aPTT to assess whether there is any abnormality pertaining to platelets.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
