What Causes Little Bubble On White Part Of The Eye?

i have a 9 month old who has what looks like little bubble on the white part of his eye and his eyes are really red and he is rubbing them non stop i have taken him to the dr. and its not pink eye what could it be and is there anything i can do to help him

9month old child wont speak. since he is rubbing it appears to be allergy. apply cromal eye drop once a day and wait for2days. keep the child under observation and look for discharge and redness or swelling. in that case you take the child to eye doctor for examination and advise.
