What Causes Little Bumps On The Penis And Scrotum After Swimming?

I was swimming when a people out there dog in the pool the manager cleaned the pool with a shock treatment 30 minutes later I got back in when I left the pool after 5 hours I used the bathroom and saw a lot of little bumps on my penis and scrotum and some on my thigh and I rubbed them and tried to see if lotion cream would help and it burned and the head to my penis is a little rough please help me

Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis or fungal infections.

For that you can apply ointment containing hydrocortisone and clotrimazole locally.

For itching you can take tablet loratidine.

Avoid sweating.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Use loose cotton clothes.
