General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to inflamed papillae.
Inflamed papillae, or taste buds, are small, painful bumps that appear after an injury from a bite or irritation from hot foods.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
